360 Adventures - Guide Application Page

Thank you for your interest in 360 Adventures.  We’re always looking for motivated, qualified guides.  

First, you should know that guiding is a seasonal, part-time gig. You’ll want to have another source of income unless you’re independently wealthy.

With that said, we want to collect some basic information.  Please fill out the form (below) completely, including full address.  We'll need your full address so we know where to send checks.

We ask you to volunteer for your first two events.  This allows each party to get a feel for the other and see if it’s a good fit.  If we both agree then we'll put you on the distribution list.  The way we staff our tours is via email.  You are required to respond to every inquiry regardless of your availability; we just want to hear from you.

When you work with 360 Adventures you’re working as a contractor – in other words, you’re self-employed.  So, we’ll need a W-9.  We will also need your current First Aid (or higher) and CPR.  In order to be a lead guide, however, you’ll be required to get Wilderness First Aid or Wilderness First Responder (depends on the activity).  You can get that through various organizations and we sometimes come across some great courses as well.

When you are selected as a guide on a tour you will receive a Google Calendar invitation.  You need to get a Gmail account if you don’t already have one.  You must accept the calendar invite and add it to your calendar.  This is where you’ll get all of the details about the tour, including guest contact information.  Please make sure to check the calendar information and not the initial email.  Things often change and when we update the calendar you don't get a new email.
