The Experience
The day starts at your resort, vacation rental, or residence, where a naturalist guide collects you in a private luxury SUV or high-roof van during the 6 to 7 AM window and heads north across the high desert. At the South Rim the itinerary flexes around your group: Mather Point, the Yavapai Geology Museum, Bright Angel Trailhead, and El Tovar, with the guide setting the pace and filling in what you are seeing. You walk as much or as little as you like before the return drive and door-to-door drop-off.

How does private pickup work? ▼
Complimentary door-to-door pickup is included from your Valley resort, vacation rental, or residence. Your exact time is customized to your group, typically between 6 and 7 AM, and confirmed the day before. Vehicles carry up to 13 guests.
Can we customize the itinerary? ▼
Yes. This is a private charter, so the guide builds the South Rim day around your group's pace and interests. Popular stops include Mather Point, the Yavapai Geology Museum, Bright Angel Trailhead, and El Tovar. Tell us your priorities when you book.
What extra fees apply? ▼
National Park entrance fees are included, but a $100 National Park Service fee applies to non-US visitors ages 16 and older on commercial tours and is collected by park staff. A $40 per-vehicle fuel surcharge is added at booking. Meals are not included.
What should I wear and bring? ▼
Wear comfortable closed-toe walking shoes, weather-appropriate layers, a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen. The South Rim sits near 7,000 feet and runs cooler than Phoenix. Bring a camera, a government-issued photo ID, and any medications. Unlimited bottled water is provided.
What is this tour's cancellation and rescheduling policy? ▼
Strict 72-hour window. Send cancellations or changes in writing through our contact form; replies to your confirmation email cannot be processed. More than 72 hours out, you receive a full refund minus card processing fees; inside 72 hours or a no-show, the booking is charged in full. If 360 Adventures cancels for severe conditions, you receive a 100% refund including fees.
