Duration:  Approximately 3-5 hours in the canyon, depending on group size & pace.  

Rendezvous Location:  9 AM. April and May - Tonto Basin; June through September - Payson.

ITINERARY
If you’re looking for an adventure that you’ll talk about for years to come, then join us on a guided canyoneering tour.  Canyoneering is an adventure that just about anyone can do – with the right skills or guide.  You’ll hike, wade, swim, rappel, boulder-hop and scramble your way through a wet-slot canyon.  Our professional guides have years of experience and hundreds of hours of training.

You’ll meet at a convenient rendezvous location and caravan to the trailhead.  After a short hike we’ll hear up and drop into the canyon.  From there your guides will escort you safely through a hydraulic wonderland.  Afterwards you’ll probably want to stop for chow, because you’ve earned it!

Cost:  

• 1 Guest - $425
• 2-4 Guests - $325/person
• 5-8 Guests - $295/person
• Private tours are available for groups 4+ with a one-time fee of $200.
• Wetsuit rentals are available for $25 each.

Departs:  8am-9am depending on group size.

Includes:  Permits & entry fees, skilled guide(s), all necessary adventure gear & safety equipment, water**, snacks & day packs.  June through September you will be required to wear a wetsuit.  Guides carry First Aid kits & cell phones. 

Season:  This tour is available May to September, weather dependent.

Skill level:  Beginner to Advanced, but a good fitness level is required since this is a full-day adventure.  Guests must be able to fit into our harnesses which go up to a 42" waist.  Participants must be able to hike with a 20lb pack over uneven terrain for approximately 4 miles.  Minimum age 14 however groups with kids 8-13 can go but must opt for a private tour. 

Cancellation Policy:  This tour has a 72-hour cancellation policy.

Notes:  RESERVATIONS REQUIRED.  Canyoneering tours are usually group tours but private tours are available for an additional fee.  Hat & sunscreen recommended.  Don't forget a waterproof camera!
