The Experience

You check in at our private terminal at Deer Valley Airport before the morning flight north, and the narrated route crosses the Tonto National Forest before the red rocks of Sedona come into view. You land at Sedona Airport, where a luxury limo van takes over for three Verde Valley estate wineries, with artisan cheeses and a boxed picnic lunch between tastings. The return flight tracks over Jerome and Lake Pleasant, closing the loop back to Phoenix.

Check-in is at our private terminal at Deer Valley Airport, 732 W Deer Valley Rd, Phoenix, before the 9 AM departure. Arrive 30 minutes early with a government-issued photo ID. Transportation to the airport is not provided.

Are wine tastings included, and who can join? ▼

All guests must be at least 21 years old with valid photo ID. Wine tasting fees are not included in the tour price, which lets you choose your own flights at each winery; bring a credit card or cash. Artisan cheeses and a boxed picnic lunch are included.

What are the flight and weather conditions? ▼

Flights run year-round and weather permitting, and only the pilot makes the weather call. Departure times are tentative under federal on-demand air carrier rules, and flights may make additional stops. Sedona can run cooler than Phoenix, so bring a layer.

What should I wear and bring? ▼

Wear comfortable shoes and smart-casual layers for the wineries, with sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen for the flight. Bring a government-issued photo ID and a card or cash for tastings. A camera is welcome.

What is this tour's cancellation and rescheduling policy? ▼

This tour uses a 7-day window. Send cancellations or changes in writing through our contact form; replies to your confirmation email cannot be processed. More than 7 days out, you receive a full refund minus card processing fees; within 7 days or a no-show, the booking is charged in full. If 360 Adventures cancels for severe conditions, you receive a 100% refund including fees.
