The Experience
The flight starts at our private hangar at Scottsdale Airpark, where you meet the pilot and run a short safety briefing before lifting off over the Sonoran Desert. You climb into the ridgelines of the Superstition Mountains, then follow the Salt River Canyon as it cuts through volcanic cliffs, with Saguaro, Canyon, Apache, and Roosevelt lakes appearing one by one below. Your pilot narrates the geology, wildlife, and history as you go, and the return leg traces the canyon west for a smooth landing back at the hangar.

- Booking note: the rate is per flight for 1 to 5 guests. Add the number of guests, full names, and weights in the special request box; total combined weight must not exceed 850 lbs.

Essential Tour FAQs
Where do we meet, and how do I find you? ▼
We depart from the private hangar at the Scottsdale Airpark, 16114 N 81st Street, Scottsdale. Park in the lot and call the number on your confirmation when you arrive; your pilot meets you at the aircraft. Plan to arrive 15 to 20 minutes before departure for check-in and the safety briefing.
How does private flight booking work? ▼
Every reservation secures the entire aircraft for your party of up to 5 passengers. We do not group separate parties together, so your group gets personalized narration and window seating.
What are the weight limits? ▼
The maximum combined passenger weight is 850 lbs. Individual weights are collected at booking so flight operations can balance the aircraft and assign seating before takeoff.
What happens if the weather is bad? ▼
Helicopter operations are weather-dependent. If high wind or low visibility prevents a safe flight, we will reschedule you to the next available window or issue a full refund.
What is the cancellation policy? ▼
Strict 72-hour policy. Send cancellations or changes in writing through our contact form; replies to your confirmation email cannot be processed. More than 72 hours out, you receive a full refund minus card processing fees. Inside 72 hours, or a no-show, the booking is charged in full. If 360 Adventures cancels, you receive a 100% refund including fees.
