The evening starts at Scottsdale Airpark, where you meet your pilot and board a private helicopter for two, timed to the season's sunset. Over the next 30 minutes the desert glows gold below you, with historic landmarks, rivers and lakes, rugged cliffs, and the city lights coming on across the valley as your pilot narrates the landscape. Back at the airpark, the rest of the evening is yours, or ours to arrange, with dinner reservations and a champagne toast available on request.

Where do we meet, and how do I find you? ▼

Flights depart from Scottsdale Airpark. Your confirmation includes the exact hangar and check-in time; park in the lot and call the number on your confirmation, and your pilot meets you at the aircraft. Plan to arrive 15 to 20 minutes before departure for check-in and the safety briefing.

Is the flight private? ▼

Yes. Your sunset flight is reserved exclusively for your party, and the classic couples flight is for two guests. Larger parties, longer routes, and full-evening arrangements are available on request with a custom quote.

What are the weight limits? ▼

The maximum is 300 lbs per seat and 550 lbs combined passenger weight. All guests are weighed at check-in so flight operations can balance the aircraft.

Can you arrange dinner or a champagne toast? ▼

Yes. Dinner reservations and a champagne toast can be arranged to follow your flight. Tell us what you have in mind when you book, and we will quote the add-ons with your flight.

What is the cancellation policy? ▼

Strict 72-hour policy. Send cancellations or changes in writing through our contact form; replies to your confirmation email cannot be processed. More than 72 hours out, you receive a full refund minus card processing fees. Inside 72 hours, or a no-show, the booking is charged in full. If 360 Adventures cancels, you receive a 100% refund including fees.
