The Experience
Your morning starts at the Deer Valley Airport balloon parking area about 30 minutes before sunrise, where you watch the crew inflate the envelope and get the safety briefing. You climb into the basket and lift off for a 45 to 60 minute flight, rising to 2,000 to 5,000 feet as the sun comes up over the Sonoran Desert. Your pilot points out Downtown Phoenix, Camelback Mountain, Lake Pleasant, and State Farm Stadium, plus the wildlife moving below, and after landing you toast with champagne and a seasonal continental breakfast before the crew drives you back to the airport.

- Booking note: the rate is per person for the shared morning flight. Optional round-trip transportation is $39 per person. Rates are subject to 9% taxes and fees, and the shared flight requires a minimum of 4 passengers.

Where do we meet, and how do I find you? ▼
We meet at the Deer Valley Airport balloon parking area, 702 W Deer Valley Rd, Phoenix. Check-in is about 30 minutes before sunrise, and your exact meeting time is confirmed after booking.
Is there a minimum age or health requirement? ▼
Guests must be at least 5 years old and 48 inches tall, and everyone completes a waiver before the flight. You need to stand for 45 to 60 minutes, climb into and out of the basket unassisted, and step off the second rung of a ladder. The flight is not recommended for pregnant guests or anyone with recent surgery or fractures.
When do the morning flights run? ▼
Morning flights run daily, year-round, except Thanksgiving and Christmas. Check-in is about 30 minutes before sunrise, so the clock time shifts with the season. Shared flights require a minimum of 4 passengers.
What if the weather is bad, and what should I wear? ▼
Balloon flights are weather-dependent. If conditions are not safe to fly, we will work with you to reschedule. Wear closed-toe shoes and layers, since mornings are cool at launch and warm up quickly, and bring sunglasses, sunscreen, and a camera.
What is the cancellation policy? ▼
Strict 72-hour policy. Send cancellations or changes in writing through our contact form; replies to your confirmation email cannot be processed. More than 72 hours out, you receive a full refund minus card processing fees. Inside 72 hours, or a no-show, the booking is charged in full. If 360 Adventures cancels, you receive a 100% refund including fees.
