Check in at 7430 E. Butherus Drive, Suite G, about 30 minutes before departure. Park at the back of the lot and look for the open hangar door.
The Experience
Your visit starts at the Scottsdale Airpark office, where the team checks your photo ID, weighs each passenger, and walks you through the safety briefing. Then you head out to the helicopter and lift off over north Phoenix. The route passes Piestewa Peak and Camelback Mountain before crossing Paradise Valley, where the homes and golf courses sit below you. The flight is 18 to 20 minutes in the air, and the whole visit runs about an hour from check-in to landing.

Where do we meet, and how do I find you? ▼
We meet at the Scottsdale Airpark, 7430 E. Butherus Drive, Suite G, Scottsdale, AZ 85260. Drive to the back of the parking lot and look west for the open hangar door. Arrive about 30 minutes before your departure time, and bring a photo ID that matches the name on the payment method.
How long is the flight? ▼
The flight is 18 to 20 minutes in the air. Plan on about an hour total, including check-in, weighing, and the safety briefing.
How many people can fly? ▼
Up to 3 passengers per flight. Solo flyers are welcome and there is no minimum. For groups larger than 3, contact us and we will help arrange another flight.
Are there weight limits? ▼
Yes. The limit is 300 pounds per person and 550 pounds combined. Every guest is weighed at check-in; the limits are set by the aircraft.
When do flights run? ▼
Flights run year-round, weather permitting. Most weekday departures are after 4 PM, Saturdays run throughout the day, and Sunday mornings are limited. We confirm your exact departure time after you book.
What should I bring, and what is the cancellation policy? ▼
Bring a photo ID that matches the payment method, sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen, and your camera or phone. Dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes. Cancellations need to be in writing to [email protected] at least 72 hours before your flight. Outside 72 hours, you receive a full refund minus card processing fees; inside 72 hours or a no-show, the booking is charged in full. If 360 Adventures cancels for weather or safety, you receive a 100% refund.
