Grand Canyon & Sedona Day Tour from Phoenix & Scottsdale

Complimentary roundtrip pickup is available from select hotels across Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe, with the exact time confirmed the day before based on your location. Depending on the route, you may be asked to meet at a nearby point. Pickup falls between 6 and 7 AM, and return is between 7 and 8 PM. Have your hotel address and mobile number ready when you book.

National Park entrance fees are included, but effective 2026 the National Park Service mandates a $100 entry permit fee for non-resident (foreign) visitors ages 16 and older on commercial park tours. Park staff collect that fee separately, so bring a card or cash. Domestic visitors pay nothing beyond the tour price.

The South Rim sits near 7,000 feet and runs much cooler than Phoenix, with afternoon storms possible in summer and snow in winter. Tours run rain or shine and are cancelled only for severe or hazardous conditions. Bring layers for the rim even when Phoenix is hot.

Wear comfortable closed-toe walking shoes, weather-appropriate layers, a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Bring a camera, a government-issued photo ID, and any medications. Unlimited bottled water is provided; meals are on your own.

More than 72 hours out, you receive a full refund minus card processing fees; inside 72 hours or a no-show, the booking is charged in full. If 360 Adventures cancels for severe conditions, you receive a 100% refund including fees.
