The Experience
Your guide collects you at your Flagstaff hotel, resort, or meeting point between 8:30 and 9 AM and heads across the high country to the East Rim. The first stop is the Desert View Watchtower, where the canyon opens below you, then the route continues to South Rim Village for El Tovar, Hopi House, and the village overlooks. You get time to walk the rim at your own pace before the return drive puts you back in Flagstaff between 4:30 and 5:30 PM.

Where do you pick up in Flagstaff? ▼
Complimentary pickup is included from all Flagstaff hotels, resorts, and designated meeting points, between 8:30 and 9 AM. The exact time is confirmed the day before. Return is between 4:30 and 5:30 PM.
What park fees apply? ▼
National Park entrance fees are included in the tour price. A $100 non-resident NPS permit fee applies to international visitors on commercial tours and is collected by park staff. Bring a card or cash for that fee if it applies to you.
What are the altitude and weather realities? ▼
Flagstaff sits near 7,000 feet and the South Rim is similar, so the air is thin and cool even when Phoenix is hot. Afternoon storms are common in summer and snow is possible in winter. Tours run rain or shine and are cancelled only for severe conditions.
What should I wear and bring? ▼
Wear comfortable closed-toe walking shoes, weather-appropriate layers, a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Bring a camera, a government-issued photo ID, and any medications. Unlimited bottled water is provided; lunch is on your own.
What is this tour's cancellation and rescheduling policy? ▼
Strict 72-hour window. Send cancellations or changes in writing through our contact form; replies to your confirmation email cannot be processed. More than 72 hours out, you receive a full refund minus card processing fees; inside 72 hours or a no-show, the booking is charged in full. If 360 Adventures cancels for severe conditions, you receive a 100% refund including fees.
