The Experience
You check in with your pilot at Scottsdale Airpark, run the pre-flight briefing, and lift off over the Sonoran Desert with Sedona's red rock country and the Painted Desert sliding past below. The route tracks northeast across the Mogollon Rim to Grand Canyon Airport, where you land for a 30-minute layover to stretch and watch the aircraft refuel. The return leg follows the Zuni Point Corridor and the Little Colorado River gorge, and you are back at Scottsdale about four hours after departure.

- Booking note: the rate is per flight for 1 to 5 guests. Add every passenger's full name and weight in the special request box; total combined weight must not exceed 850 lbs. Ground transportation to Scottsdale Airpark and pilot gratuity are not included.

Where do we meet, and how do I find you? ▼
We depart from the Scottsdale Airpark, 16114 N 81st Street, Scottsdale. Park in the lot and call the number on your confirmation when you arrive; your pilot meets you at the aircraft. Your confirmation includes the exact check-in time.
Is there a weight limit or age minimum? ▼
Yes. Combined passenger weight must not exceed 850 lbs, and every passenger is weighed at check-in for the FAA manifest. The minimum age is 4, and all passengers must be able to climb into and out of the helicopter unassisted.
What happens if the weather is bad? ▼
Flights operate weather permitting. Wind or poor visibility can delay, reroute, or reschedule your flight. If 360 Adventures cancels for unsafe conditions, you receive a 100% refund including fees.
What should I wear and bring? ▼
Wear comfortable, season-appropriate layers. Bring sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen, your camera, and a valid government-issued photo ID.
What is the cancellation policy? ▼
Strict 5-day policy. Send cancellations or changes in writing through our contact form; replies to your confirmation email cannot be processed. More than 5 days out, you receive a full refund minus card processing fees. Inside 5 days, or a no-show, the booking is charged in full. If 360 Adventures cancels, you receive a 100% refund including fees.
