Tours stage at our Lower Salt River staging area at the Canal/Hawes Trailhead Park & Ride (3055 N Power Rd, Mesa) before shuttling to the water launch. Your guide calls ahead with timing and parking details. Arrive 15 minutes early so the group can fit PFDs and load the shuttle.

Yes. The raft runs Class I moving water with the guide rowing, so no paddling experience is needed. The minimum age is 5, and every guest must weigh at least 35 lbs to fit a Coast Guard-approved PFD; children should be comfortable on the water for about two hours. The evening light and cooler temperatures make this the easiest float of the day. This tour requires a minimum of 4 guests to operate. Smaller parties and solo adventurers are warmly welcomed—we regularly combine groups to reach the minimum departure size. Your card is pre-authorized at checkout and is only finalized once your departure is confirmed.

Tours run year-round. March through August departs at 4 PM or 5 PM; September through February moves to 3 PM to catch the earlier sunset. Guides monitor weather and flow, and 360 Adventures may reschedule or cancel for lightning, flooding, or unsafe water. Bring a light layer for the ride back after sundown.

Wear water shoes or secure sport sandals with a heel strap; flip-flops and bare feet are not allowed. Comfortable athletic clothing works, with a light layer for the evening. Bring sunscreen, sunglasses with a strap, a hat, a waterproof phone case, and a change of clothes for the ride home.

Strict 72-hour window. Send cancellations or changes in writing through our contact form; replies to your confirmation email cannot be processed. More than 72 hours out, you receive a full refund minus card processing fees; inside 72 hours or a no-show, the booking is charged in full. If 360 Adventures cancels for severe conditions, you receive a 100% refund including fees.
