Tours stage at our Lower Salt River staging area at the Canal/Hawes Trailhead Park & Ride (3055 N Power Rd, Mesa) before shuttling to the water launch. Your guide calls ahead with timing and parking details. Plan to arrive 15 minutes early so the group can fit PFDs and launch on schedule.

Yes. This is a Class I float on calm moving water, and no paddling experience is needed; the guide rows the raft. The tour is for ages 6 and up, and every guest must weigh at least 35 lbs to fit a Coast Guard-approved PFD. Guests should be comfortable around water and able to sit in the raft for about two hours. This tour requires a minimum of 4 guests to operate. Smaller parties and solo adventurers are warmly welcomed—we regularly combine groups to reach the minimum departure size. Your card is pre-authorized at checkout and is only finalized once your departure is confirmed.

Tours run year-round. October through April offers 8 AM or 1 PM departures; May through September moves to 7 AM to beat the heat. Guides monitor weather and river flow, and 360 Adventures may reschedule or cancel for lightning, flooding, or unsafe water levels. Summer sun on the river is intense, so bring sunscreen and a hat.

Wear water shoes or secure sport sandals with a heel strap; flip-flops and bare feet are not allowed. Comfortable athletic clothing works well, and a change of clothes left in the vehicle is smart. Bring sunscreen, sunglasses with a strap, a hat, and a waterproof phone case if you want photos on the water.

Strict 72-hour window. Send cancellations or changes in writing through our contact form; replies to your confirmation email cannot be processed. More than 72 hours out, you receive a full refund minus card processing fees; inside 72 hours or a no-show, the booking is charged in full. If 360 Adventures cancels for severe conditions, you receive a 100% refund including fees.
