Grand Canyon South Rim Helicopter Flight & Hiking Tour from Scottsdale

All flights depart from the Scottsdale Airpark private executive terminal, with the exact check-in time and meeting instructions provided after booking. Ground transportation to and from Scottsdale Airport is not included, so plan your own transfer. Bring a photo ID for the flight manifest.

Expect 1 to 3 hours of hiking below the rim on steep, uneven, rocky trails, with up to 4 hours of total ground time in the park. The guide customizes the route and can pair a shorter hike with rim viewpoints. Guests must be able to step into and out of the aircraft and vehicles unaided. The tour is for ages 8 and up.

Flights operate strictly weather permitting. Wind or poor visibility can delay, reroute, or reschedule the flight, and 360 Adventures makes that call with safety first. Inner-canyon heat is a factor from May through September, and the guide adjusts the hike and pace accordingly.

Wear sturdy closed-toe hiking shoes with good tread, moisture-wicking layers, a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Bring a camera, personal medications, and a small daypack for essentials. A gourmet picnic lunch, bottled spring water, electrolyte drinks, and trail snacks are provided on the ground.

More than 6 days out, you receive a full refund minus card processing fees; inside 6 days or a no-show, the booking is charged in full. If 360 Adventures cancels for severe conditions, you receive a 100% refund including fees.
