The Experience
Your guide collects you at your Phoenix, Scottsdale, or Tempe hotel or private residence in a luxury SUV or high-roof van, and the day runs 8 to 11 hours. The first stop is Montezuma Castle National Monument, where you walk beneath the Sinagua cliff dwellings built into the alcove, with your guide filling in the history. From there the route climbs into Sedona for Bell Rock, Airport Mesa, and the Chapel of the Holy Cross, with time for Uptown or Tlaquepaque and the flexibility to add a guided hike, jeep tour, or wine tasting. The return drive has you back at your door in the evening.

Where do you pick up? ▼
Complimentary roundtrip pickup is included from hotels and private residences across Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe. Your exact pickup time falls in the 6 to 7 AM departure window and is confirmed when you book. Make sure the phone and address on your booking are accurate so the guide can reach you.
How much walking is involved? ▼
The sightseeing day is easy, with short paved walks at Montezuma Castle and the Sedona viewpoints. The optional guided hike is customized from easy to strenuous for your group and adds roughly 2 to 4 hours. Sedona sits at about 4,350 feet, so pace yourself if you are coming from sea level.
What about weather and the season? ▼
Tours run year-round and in most weather. Your guide monitors forecasts, and 360 Adventures cancels only for severe or hazardous conditions, with a full refund. Summer afternoons in Sedona are hot, so the optional hike is usually scheduled for the cooler morning; winter mornings at 4,350 feet can be chilly, so bring layers.
What should I wear and bring? ▼
Wear comfortable closed-toe shoes, weather-appropriate layers, a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Bring a camera, personal medications, and a small bag for essentials. For the optional hike, wear shoes with good tread and bring a reusable water bottle; backpacks, trekking poles, water, and trail snacks are supplied.
What is this tour's cancellation policy? ▼
Strict 72-hour window. Send cancellations or changes in writing through our contact form; replies to your confirmation email cannot be processed. More than 72 hours out, you receive a full refund minus card processing fees; inside 72 hours or a no-show, the booking is charged in full. If 360 Adventures cancels for severe conditions, you receive a 100% refund including fees.
