The Experience
Your guide meets you at a confirmed pickup point in Phoenix, Scottsdale, or Tempe during the 6 to 7 AM window; we set the route the day before, so some guests are asked to meet at a nearby location. The drive north stops at Montezuma Castle, then continues into Sedona for a narrated tour of Bell Rock, Airport Mesa, and the Chapel of the Holy Cross. You get free time for lunch and browsing in Uptown Sedona and Tlaquepaque Arts Village before the return drive. Drop-off lands you back at your pickup point between 5 and 6 PM.

- Child (Ages 3 to 12) $95
- Booking note: rates are per person. Complimentary pickup is from select locations across Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe, and vans carry a maximum of 13 guests. Gratuity is not included. Prices do not include a $5 per person fuel surcharge. If you are traveling with children ages 3 to 12, contact us and we will apply the child rate.

Essential Tour FAQs
How does pickup work? ▼
Pickup is included from select locations across Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe in custom high-roof touring vans. We design the pickup route the day before your tour, so some guests are asked to meet at a nearby location. Pickup falls between 6 and 7 AM, and your exact point and time are confirmed the day before. Vans carry a maximum of 13 guests.
How much walking is involved? ▼
The day is easy sightseeing with casual walking on paved paths and short dirt sections at the viewpoints. Montezuma Castle is a flat paved path, and Uptown and Tlaquepaque are walkable at your own pace. The tour is suitable for ages 3 and up.
What are the weather and seasonal realities? ▼
Tours run daily, year-round, rain or shine, and are cancelled only for severe or hazardous conditions. Sedona runs cooler than Phoenix and can see monsoon storms in summer, so bring a layer and check the forecast. The route order may change for traffic, weather, or park access.
What should I wear and bring? ▼
Wear comfortable closed-toe walking shoes and weather-appropriate layers, with sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen. Bring a camera and any medications. Unlimited bottled water is provided; lunch is on your own in Uptown Sedona.
What is this tour's cancellation and rescheduling policy? ▼
Strict 72-hour window. Send cancellations or changes in writing through our contact form; replies to your confirmation email cannot be processed. More than 72 hours out, you receive a full refund minus card processing fees; inside 72 hours or a no-show, the booking is charged in full. If 360 Adventures cancels for severe conditions, you receive a 100% refund including fees.
